January 15th 2016 Day 2

Here are some important dates for January and February:
January 27th 2016 - FLA Midterms 
January 28th 2016 - Math and LA Midterms
January 29th 2016 - No School for Students ( PD Day) 
February 1st 2016 - Social and Science Midterms 

*** Every Lunch hour (12:30-1:00) from Monday January 18th till January 27th Room 7 will be open as a study room. Students may come in for help with Social or French, or just come to study any subject.  I will also be able to help with making some study calendars if requested *****

Social Studies 7H 
Groups started working on creating their game broads for their projects. Students are asked to make sure their background information is finished by Monday!  This was probably one of the most productive classes i have seen for each group! Keep it up 7H! I am looking forward to seeing the end results.

Études Sociales 7F
Groups continued to work on their Game projects. Some of them are starting to take shape and they look awesome! I can wait to see the end results in a week!  Keep it up 7F!

FSL 7
Student worked on their grammar booklets as well as their final projects. Grammar books are due Jan 25th, Final Project due Jan 27th

FLA 7F
Today it was the students turn to write a poem. This poem will evaluate how students  use figurative language while writing poetry. This mini- project is due on Monday January 18th 2016.

Études Sociales 9F  
Today we finished off chapter 4 we will review it on Monday, and then we will have a little quiz next Thursday. I will also be handing out a midterm review package on Monday. Students can access this on google classroom tonight in case they would like to start studying this weekend.
