January 29th 2016 - No School for Students ( PD Day)

Health 7E
Today we finished watching Narnia. during our next class we will be having a discussion about the personal obstacles that each Character had to over come to become who they are. Student will then be asked to complete a short personal response explaining what obstacles they have had to overcome to become who they are today.
Social Studies 7H
Today we started Chapter 4. We talked about First Impressions and different perspectives on the First Contacts. We discussed how the barter system worked and how there were 3 Key players in the Fur Trade in order to make the system work.
Études Sociales 7F
Today we started Chapter 4. We talked about First Impressions and different perspectives on the First Contacts. We discussed how the barter system worked. Tomorrow we will continue by looking into who were the 3 Key players that made the Fur Trade work.
Film Studies 8
Today we finished Back to the Future and continued with our SciFy unit by watching The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. We will continue this film next class.
